Developers and Investors can come tour neighborhoods that are on the rise at the City of Chicago Department of Housing’s “The List” event.
Englewood, Chatham, Auburn Gresham, Chicago Lawn, New City, Humboldt Park, Austin, Garfield, West Pullman and Hermosa will all be under one roof in an exhibition-styled walk through Tuesday, April 7 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The event, “The List” will be hosted by The Micro Market Recovery Program (MMRP) and Chicago Rebuild (City of Chicago Department of Housing Programs). Developers and Investors will be able to tour the communities’ available properties at the Griffin and Bourdeau Interior and Architectural Design space located on 8237 S. Princeton Ave.
Each MMRP community partner will have a table showcasing properties in their targeted areas along with information about the services they provide.
The goal for this event is not only to help empower and inform Real Estate Developers and Contractors on the benefits of participating in the Chicago Rebuild Program, but to showcase all 10 of our MMRP Community Partners and their ongoing neighborhood efforts. Real Estate Investors and Developers will also tour the new 46,000-sq. ft. Bourdeau Griffin supply company.
